Without Gerald Avison and Simon Dazeley, the Future Business Centre simply wouldn't exist. Their generosity, vision and belief in innovation helped create a place where hundreds of founders have gone on to build businesses that make a positive difference. Today, we are ensuring that legacy continues. We remember Gerald and Simon and strive to continue the work they believed in.

Gerald Avison

Innovator. Leader. Believer in technology as a force for good

As Managing Director and later Chairman of TTP Group, Gerald was one of the earliest champions of the Future Business Centre vision. He led TTP to invest significantly through charitable bonds and personally supported Allia with generous donations. 

Gerald believed innovation and entrepreneurship could help solve society's biggest challenges. His support created opportunities for countless founders to develop ideas that deliver lasting social and environmental impact.

Simon Dazeley

Strategist. Connector. Champion of places where innovation thrives

Simon brought decades of property expertise and strategic advice to Allia. His guidance helped secure opportunities that ultimately enabled the Future Business Centre to become a reality.

Simon understood that great ideas need the right environment to flourish. His generosity and commitment helped create a home where mission-led businesses continue to grow and succeed.

Individual giving
Eligible for Gift Aid, increasing the value of every donation by 25% at no additional cost to the donor. Higher-rate taxpayers may also be eligible for further tax relief
 
Corporate support
Can be made through Allia Impact's status as a Department for Business and Trade Local Enterprise Agency, enabling eligible organisations to benefit from a 25% tax rebate.
 
Allia Foundation is the parent charity of the Allia Group, a family of companies working to support charities and businesses making a positive impact for people, place and planet. Through its companies - Allia Workspace, Allia Impact and Allia C&C – the Group supports organisations of all sizes, providing dedicated workspaces, delivering training and support, and offering financial advisory and arranging services.As the parent of the Allia Group, the Foundation receives available profits from the Group’s companies and provides grants to fund the delivery of free training programmes for eligible, aspiring entrepreneurs.
 
Allia Impact is part of the Allia Group, which is owned by its parent charity, Allia Foundation. Profits distributed to the Foundation from across the Group are reinvested as grants, enabling us to deliver free training programmes for aspiring mission-led entrepreneurs
